Last year I injured my knee (not in yoga!) and Stephen’s class was a great way to speed up my recovery. Every week I could bend my knee a little further, and the stretching and balance exercises helped repair the muscles and ligaments that had tightened after the injury. My knee is completely recovered now but I will continue the classes, I enjoy seeing how much I can improve.
