As a “40 something female” the Ashtanga Yoga classes have been brilliant for me as they have been more challenging than the more gentler form of yoga I was used to. I’ve now built up my flexibility which has enabled me to get into positions I wasn’t able to before and leave the class with a total sense of wellbeing and deep relaxation. Stephen has a great knack for making new comers feel welcome and comfortable so I would highly recommend if you’ve never tried Ashtanga Yoga.
